I work with executives to craft compelling messages and deliver them crisply. I also help you become a more effective “stand-up-and-deliver” speaker - vital for Q&As, conference calls and media interviews when you must get-to-the-right-point succinctly and concisely.
From quick-result 8 hour coachings to six month ongoing support coaching, Warwick can adapt a format to fit with your busy schedule while helping you stay focused on the skills acquisition and outcome achievement.
Each coaching program contains:
1. Take The One Minute Presenter Questionnaire to audit your current speaking skills
2. Video review of you speaking in public or presenting
3. Written feedback after each session detailing your strengths and areas to improve
4. Audio feedback from your coach to refresh key learnings and stimulate new ideas
5. Video analysis using ‘instant replay” technology to highlight focus areas
6. Intense work on creating key messages and taglines for your presentations
Delivery can take place face-to-face or by telephone or SKYPE (for individual coaching assignments).
Face-to-Face Coaching
The following four steps will be followed during the coaching.
Step 1: Assessment of current skill set
Step 2: Map out change targets
Step 3: Roadmap with milestones
Step 4: Coaching program with actionables
Coaching is supported by audio feedback and video “instant replays” bringing you practical tips. After each coaching session, the executive receives a written report outlining strengths and areas to improve.
Full Support Outside of Coaching
In the contracted coaching duration, you can call and email me for any questions you have regarding presentations. You will also receive the book The One Minute Presenter once the coaching starts. The book will serve as a good reference and addition to to the face-to-face coaching.
Weekly E-Newsletter Reinforcement Post Coaching
You will receive a weekly e-newsletter called The One Minute Presenter Quick Tips as a reinforcement to the skills acquired through the coaching.
